On the morning of June 3, 2026, Siton Academy officially launched its inaugural Multi-Skilled Operator Training Program. The opening ceremony was attended by relevant representatives from both Jiangxi Siton Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Applied Engineering Vocational Institute, alongside all program participants. Representing Siton were Mr. Li Xiaoxiang, Chairman of Siton and President of Siton Academy; Mr. Liu Jian, Executive Vice General Manager of Siton and Executive Vice President of Siton Academy. Representing Jiangxi Applied Engineering Vocational Institute were Ms. Qin Shukun, Vice President of the Institute; Ms. Li Li, Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing; and Mr. Liu Qing, Dean of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing.

The ceremony opened in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere. In Mr. Li Xiaoxiang’s remarks, He emphasized that the establishment of Siton Academy is a strategic initiative to advance the company's talent-driven development strategy and fulfilling its responsibility to support industry development and serve society.
By integrating the best resources from both the enterprise and the institute, the academy has built a large-scale integrated indoor and outdoor practical training base, equipped with Siton’s full range of flagship products and is supported by a dual-instructor teaching team comprising seasoned industry experts, top technical operators, and senior academic mentors. The academy is committed to developing multi-skilled professionals with strong technical knowledge, excellent operational capabilities, and solid operation and maintenance expertise. Mr. Li encouraged all trainees to cherish this opportunity, maintain a learning mindset, and strive to become leading technical professionals in the industry.

Vice President Qin Shukun stated that Siton Academy is closely aligned with industry challenges and market demands. Through a training model characterized by short-term intensive courses, emphasis on practical operations, and industry-recognized certification, the academy brings the classroom into the workshop and integrates theory with practice. This approach effectively helps address the industry's growing shortage of skilled operators and maintenance technicians in the mining and tunneling machinery sectors. She inspired the trainees to devote themselves to learning, strive for excellence and build a strong foundation of professional competence.

Following the ceremony, the academy also organized a corporate culture introduction and a factory tour. After gaining a firsthand look at the Siton’s intelligent assembly lines, the participants expressed strong enthusiasm and confidence in upcoming training program.

This is far more than just a ceremony; it is a call to action. In the coming weeks, trainees will enter the workshop and operate the real equipment, sharpening their skills and practical capabilities through hands-on experience. Looking ahead, Siton Academy will take a steadfast, step-by-step approach to ensure every training session yields tangible results, cultivating more industry professionals with solid theoretical knowledge and advanced technical skills.
